    Fair price, fair quality

    Most everything worked as it should. The adjustable headrest that you manually pump up will not pump at all! Not even a little. You just keep squeezing the bulb and nothing happens. Very disappointed with that feature. Otherwise it works as it should and is helpful with back pain. if you are not intrested in the "pillow" feature I would recommend this item. Fair price.

    Seller site review shows other buyer with pump headset not working. I pumped and not up. Sent a return request and got a bunch of emails to send a picture of a non pumping pillow? Not happy with this whole seller or product. Would not recommend.
