The Baby Foot Exfoliation Foot Peel for Men is a gentle, yet effective treatment that uses 16 natural ingredients and botanical extracts to deeply exfoliate and moisturize your feet. Suitable for men's shoe sizes up to 14, this easy-to-use foot peel kit contains a pair of sock packs with 40ml of gel and adhesive tape to help restore your feet to a soft, smooth, and healthy condition in as little as two weeks. Cruelty-free and 100% natural, this foot care solution is perfect for addressing dry, cracked soles and stubborn calluses.

For best results, we recommend using Baby Foot "Foot Mask" (sold separately) 10 days after the use of this product. (Each pair of plastic booties are for a single application.) 1. After cleansing your feet, put the plastic booties on both feet and secure the booties around each ankle using the enclosed pieces of adhesive tape. (Note : We recommend to place a pair of socks over the plastic booties and remain seated.) 2. Wear the plastic booties for one hour to allow product to absorb. (Note :To enhance the effects of Baby Foot, we recommend soaking your feet prior to the treatment.) 3. After one hour, remove the plastic booties and wash your feet with soap and water. 4. The dead skin cells will begin to peel from 5-7 days after the initial application. 5. The dead skin cells could continue to peel naturally for up to two weeks, depending on the amount of dead skin on the feet, leaving your feet soft and smooth, just like a baby's foot.

It works wonders on rough dry and callous covered feet (like mine) it feels a little weird at first and I left it on for the entire hour. My feet did need a little help with the heavily calloused areas and it continued for almost 4 days- I recommend a professional pedicure after the 4 days to finalize the process.
