So Pretty!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot get over how much I absolutely LOVE these Cottage Polka Dot Sheer Window Curtain Panel Set. My daughter is loving these curtains in her room. The panels have 2 layers with the top being a sheer lace and the back layer is a solid. They hang smoothly right out of the bag which I love and they just have a really cute look.
