All said and done, the piece is stunning. However, if you have carpal tunnel syndrome and weakness in your hands in general, it will take you six hours to put this together solo. Just… prepare yourself mentally. Oh, and you'll find at a certain step you have many screws left over. “Why?,” you say turning the page. And BAM! The next step involves 24 tiny screws (and 8 other bits). Still, I love the ol' gal and would buy ‘er again in a heartbeat.

Great buy for fans of MCM design

Very nice, solid wood TV stand. It is made of pine, not particle board, and stained with a walnut finish. Legs are sturdy. The color is darker than the cover photo and more like the last couple of photos in the listing, but still a good color for MCM. Fits our 55" TV perfectly. I especially like the recessed door handles.
