All products being returned need to be in new and unused condition to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued if a product is returned without authorization. Your refund does not include shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs for returning their item. Returned and exchanged merchandise will be subject to a 25% restocking fee for all free shipping items.
