The product is totally amazing..it removes all the residue from the hair without turning the hair coarse.. Also after conditioning hair is smooth and frizz free.. 4stars because of the packaging, which was a disaster. the bottle pump is even broken, it came wrapped in a thin shipping sheet, the seller could have used proper boxing, thankfully the product didn't spill..
