Ingredient is vegan, which means it is halal. I'm not sure about the dosage, but seems good. Purchased for my mom but I also consumed it several times, easy to swallow. We haven't checked my mom's diabetes level after consuming it, but that is the reason why we have purchased it. Early to say about the results

Perfection!
Not just clean ingredients that are non-gmo, but this actually works! I'm a doctor who is against the side effects of medication so I tried this for my mother who has diabetes. In just one week, her numbers dropped from 15,8 to 11!!!! I expect that her blood sugar will be normal within a month. This is an absolute life saver for diabetes patients
