Sooooo easy to set up!! One person can set it up and take down, but easier with help. Not sure about fitting six people. I would say 3/4 people with rafts as bed padding with sleeping bags and personal items. On my trip, we had two adults with queen size/slightly smaller rafts for padding with sleeping bags, and our personal items. We had some extra room to move around.
