Exceeds Expectations!

I bought this video and "Baby's First Signs" for my 6 month old grandson for Christmas. He *loves* these two DVDs. He squeals and laughs when the puppets are on and he watches intently when the other material is presented. This delighted his parents. His mother has a 7 year old and was already a big Baby Einstein fan. She also loves fine art (she picked "Vincent" for his middle name after Vincent Van Gogh) and loves that Damien is being exposed to fine art in such a baby-friendly manner! Baby Einstein uses sections of famous paintings that illustrate a concept - such as a mother holding a baby to reinforce the word "baby," in addition to real babies, puppet babies, cartoon babies, etc. The puppets do very short skits to illustrate concepts in a humorous manner and the humor is not lost on my 6 month old grandson. There are more Baby Einstein gifts in his future, I can assure you!

Awesome!!!!

I have used baby einstien dvds for my son since birth. Eventhough this dvd states 6 months plus , my son is currently 14 months and I think this is one of his favorite dvds to date..Always gets exited when I put it on.. He thinks puppets are hilarious!!!

Son likes it

I bought this to entertain my son and expose him to different sounds. I think previous reviewers were expecting this to teach their infant to talk. This is my 8 month old's favorite Einstein DVD, he loves the bee, and it gives me 30 minutes to get something done around the house.
