Almost a decade old light still working every day!

I have owned this light for almost 9 years now and using it almost every day has never let me down. I have dropped this light in buckets of coolant, buckets of oil, on concrete, on asphalt, etc. I have never had any issue with this light other than the lens getting scratched up which is normal wear and tear. The only thing I wish would change is the magnet is unusable with a larger battery. Not a huge deal since it will last all day with a smaller battery.

Great Small Light Work Light

I have already have the large Dewalt LED spot light and the LED area light. This is much smaller and suitable for finer jobs. It is very bright and showed no sign of dimming after using it for over and hour with a 2 amp battery. Two thumbs up.

The light that took a 15,000 mile trip.

I've had this light for a while. Yes, the only battery worth using with it is the 1.5Ah, due to it's size, if you want to use the magnet. HOWEVER! I lost my light on a truck, that I was servicing, about 3 months ago. I thought I had lost it forever. The truck showed up at the shop a few days ago and a tech said he found a light under it. With much surprise I jumped up and asked “WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE!?” We hurried over to the other tech that it was given to and there it was. The light that went on a 15,000 mile journey under a construction truck. The battery still had a charge. The light was still in really good condition. Will I recommend this light to anyone else? Absolutely I will! This is the first review I've ever made for a product and it really does deserve it!
