If you're a fan of gravity falls, you'll totally understand this journal. if not, you'll be a bit confused. It doesn't read as a story which is fine, but my kid always asks my mom to read it to him and she isn't a fan of reading it as a "story" if that makes sense. But my kid loves it and even though my mom has never watched the show, the book still makes her chuckle. it's written in true gravity, falls, fashion and a great companion for people who like the show!

This book was such a hit with our grandson that he took it through Customs on his family's recent vacation. Several times we found him reading the book in the hotel lobby while his parents were busy doing something else in the lobby. It was probably his favorite Christmas present. We would definitely recommend this book.
