The tires I ordered was suppose to have grip thread,nut was sent regular thread,we let you know an was going send back, he decided to keep them for the front an we will try Again to get the back ones we ordered.Hope we get the right thread this time ?

Tire great.. service not so much... took forever to get in.. and NOT.. I repeat N O T what I ordered... I ordered (2) white lettered.. got blackwalls installed.. when I pointed it out was told white lettered not made anymore and acted like I was the one wrong... Went to website and printed out the pics with white letters showing what I ordered.. rep walked away like he couldn't be bothered with my issue.. So I'm driving around with white lettered on back.. black walls on front.. told me if I wanted white lettered it would cost an additional $100 per tire for different brand.. NOT acceptable. NOT a happy camper!!!!!!

Crazy fast shipping

Only reason for 4 stars is the payment issue I had with the website. I tried to order 3 times with PayPal and when the payment went through, I was redirected to an error 404 web page each time. The order never went through but I had 3 pending payments. Customer service was nice. Other than that, Priority Tire uses FedEx and they both keep the Priority in the name! I expected a week to receive the tires but it was 2 days delivered and on the truck in 1 day. The GT radial tires seem to be great for the price. They ride and handle well, and they look good. I hope to get some mileage out of them but if not, they have a 65,000 mile warranty! Tire shop didn't have an issue balancing them out either. Thanks GT Radial for making a good affordable tire and thanks Priority Tire for fast shipping and the best pricing!
