As described, like new but not sure if refurb etc

The stylus pen still doesn't seem to want to connect so I'm not sure if its original %26it is blue so not same as white phone ordered. battery doesn't seem to be as good as my Note9 which was excellent %26 since this is supposed to just be an open box %26not used, I'm not sure if that's actually the full truth- but as far as appearance it looks basically like new. I asked for faster shipping but got no communication response, %26it still took 1 day longer than the max promised ship date. but overall phone seems good. paid slightly more than lowest price but figured going thru wm.com i could get any issues resolved pretty easily. glad they're offering 1yr warranty for comment/review.
