Sign is great, shipping issues

The sign itself is great and looks as pictured. My husband sails as a hobby, and I wanted this for his home office door. The problem was that it arrived with several dents in it that we couldn't straighten out. So I ordered a second one to replace it, and it had more and even deeper dents than the first one! Both times it was delivered to our large parcel mailbox, so it didn't get dented in the mailbox. Very disappointing because I love the sign itself.
