Poorly packaged for shipping

I would have given the item a 5 star rating based on the overall quality, design and size of the item for the price I paid. BUT, this is a thin metal/tin sign and was packaged for shipping in a regular bubble wrap padded Manila envelope. During shipping from MO to NJ the sign sustained bends and dings. If the item had been packed in a box with bubble wrapping I believe I would have received it in much better condition. I have to say I'm a bit disappointed. Could have been a really nice sign without the bends and dings.
