The Brian Weiss books and CDs are really wonderful. If you're interested in regression, or don't believe in regression, then reading the Brian Weiss books might make it a bit more believeable. Weiss was a traditionally educated physician who only practiced psychoanalytic psychiatry and prescribed medications until he met a patient who, after 18 mos, wasn't helped by these methods. He tried hypnosis with her, and was surprised when she regressed to before her own birth and into her past lives.
The CD's are also available with a small book produced by Sounds True and available through many book sellers. They were produced under different titles, some of the titles available here, were available from Weiss before the progression title came out and he became affiliated with Hay House. I've read all of Weiss' books, and listened to all of his tapes, and enjoyed all of them so much so that I went to a seminar and was regressed by Weiss himself. A great experience!
The only regression CD I like more is Denise Linn's - I always regress to hers, and not always to Weiss', although his CD's are always very relaxing. Denise just has far more experience with regression. I've tried them all because I enjoy regression.
