I tried this looking for an alternative to ranch. This is made from cauliflower. One word- YUMMO. Very creamy, full of flavor. You don't know it's healthy. Easy to fool anyone. I poured it into a ranch bottle and no-one knows the difference. And guilt free

I typically buy low fat ranch buy honestly, the taste of those is not there and I can't recognize half of the ingredients on the label. This Healthy Choice Power dressing had a better flavor than the other low fat dressings and a I understand what ingredients it is made of - mostly cauliflower, buttermilk and sunflower oil. Felt good after I finished my salad. Will definitely buy again
