One of their finest albums.

A great album. Very under appreciated at the time and nearly ended their career. Hard to understand why. I love the songs here, along with the artwork and inner gatefold sleeve. My two favorite songs are Bastille Day and The Necromancer. The Fountain of Lamneth is the first of their side long epics and some of the songs are just terrific. It also contains the weirdest song they ever did, Didacts and Narpets, which contains some of Neil Pearts best drumming. Alex Lifesons guitar playing really dominates this album and he sounds amazing here. A great early Rush album.
