like that it still can be used at 450 F temp oven. like that it is a skillet and a pan( two in one)perfect to make bread that calks for cast iron dutch oven with lid to trap im most moisture during baking. it creates an oven within an oven. highly recommend. i was worried the high temp would discolor the white enamel. it did not. well pleased
