Sangean MMR-77 Hand Crank Emergency Radio

Even though the jack port is too small for any AC adapter I have found, the expectation is using it in an emergency when electricity isn't necessarily available anyway. So, for that purpose, the radio works perfectly while powered by an excellant crank dynamo and also runs nicely on a couple of AA batteries. I'm well impressed and a very happy customer. Kudos to Sangean.

I can't rate durability until I've had it awhile

I can't rate durability until I've had it awhile, but it works well and the sound is better than expected in a radio this small, the crank feature will be a real plus in case of emergencies.
