Great all around

Shipping was awesome for this phone. It is the best bang for your buck. I purchased two of these refurbished phones for my son and daughter. They can use it as an Ipod and when I want I can add phone lines to them and they have phones.

Poor Battery life. Does not hold a charge

At first it was fine. Looks new and worked properly. Now 9 months later, the battery does not keep a charge and the finger print pass code won't work even after resetting to factory setting. I purchased 2 of these and both have been problematic. Still under warranty and purchased additional warranty, but now I have to go through these hoops and my kids will be out of a phone until it can be repaired.
