Phone works great. BUT.......Battery will die at 93% and immediately go to 10% after powering back on. It's only 49$ to replace a batter at apple so I guess it's not to bad bcuz other than that the phone works. So I gave it 2 stars it was fast shipment.

I did not know I was getting a pre owned phone. Ordered this phone for my son, however, I received a iPhone that wouldn't charge. I used 3 of many iPhone chargers I have and non worked for this phone but works for my daughter iPhone 6.

This phone is completely horrible. It doesn't have a ring sound, you can't download anything because the software is completely out of date. I am definitely returning mine.
