Kirkman Labs Super Nu-Thera® With P5P, Without Vitamins A & D, 360 Capsules

This is one of the only multis I tolerate. My diet is rich in vit A plus I take prescription vitamin D so don't require more. I don't tolerate choline nor the methylated forms of B vitamins. High doses of most supplemented vitamins and minerals, especially iodine, are also not tolerable. But I have an expressing genetic mutation that means I need more B6. So in all those ways Kirkman's Super Nu-Thera Without A&D is pretty ideal. I do wish either hydroxocobalamin or adenosylcobalamin was used instead of cyanocobalamin for the B12. And there are a few vitamins and minerals not included in this formula that I require but those can easily be supplemented separately.
