Amazing Customer Service

We have owned this mattress for about six months and used it alot for our many visitors. Feedback from those who slept on it has been positive. Last weekend the mattress started leaking so I called customer service today to get assistance on how to patch the leak. The response was fantastic- not only did they explain to me the patch is a quick fix (requires PVC glue) but they are sending me out a brand new air mattress free of charge!

Amazing customer service!

This bed is fantastic. My guests have all said what a wonderful nights sleep they had. So easy to pack up. I am thrilled with the product. Sadly, i noticed a shhh sound, it was deflating slowly. I looked at my receipt and my warranty had expired 13 days prior. Well, I called the company and spoke with Casey. Started to tell her the story and wanted to know how to get it fixed. She quickly stopped me and said "we will honor your warranty, just give me the address where you would like a new one sent". I was amazed at the integrity of this company. You do not find that often. It arrived 2 days later. Thank you Casey and Soundasleep! I will share this story with everyone! Excellent customer service.
