Cons: It used to be very snappy changing the fan speed on ai suite 2 with win10 vs it's very slow and error prone changing fan speed profiles in ai suite 3 or armor crate in win 11. The LCD screen on the MOBO burns in. The thunderbolt 2 card add in is overpriced. RAM manufacturers don't support this board so good luck trying to customize RAM leds without bricking them.
Pros: Anytime there is a problem, the screen and error codes help me sort it out very quickly. The system itself is quite stable. Asus stuff in general is the highest quality you can get and this board lives up to their reputation. BIOs is fine and stable even after updates and toying with all sorts of overclock settings.
