Sweating is strong
Sweating with this product is really, really strong. Honestly, even getting to gym by foot (about 7min) made me sweat so much, I had to bring another shirt lol. As for the weight loss, I tried keto dieting and lost about 12lbs with diet and cla+carnitine. As for the flavors, not a big fan of fruit punch in general (tastes like most other fruit punch flavors), but tropical mango is really good. It has a natural mango flavor and no aftertaste. Mixes very well, but sometimes poured a scoop directly into my mouth.

Refreshing!
This is a non stimulant drink mix so if your are expecting the energy buzz of some pre-workout drinks this isn't the one. Don't get me wrong, it is a great drink, keeps you hydrated and helps to repair your muscles after your workout. I drink it during my workout and then again in the evening, very tasty drink and I have had results with it. Helps me get through the intense workouts without the stimulant buzz..
