this is by no illusion a five-star computer but for the money it's five star it has USbC a finger print scanner an available SSD slot to add another SSD not NVMe SSD only. Great screen core i3 8 gigs of RAM it's no screamer and no gamer but a great all-around usable laptop. I use it mostly as a media server and it works fantastically. for the money cannot be beat. And I didn't just get lucky and get a good one My mother and my aunt bought one also and we all have not had one problem

All but the battery works

I assumed because it was a rebuild and not just a refurbishment that id need to reinstall of its software drivers which was correct. However, even after troubleshooting for a bit and a few months of use the laptop's battery is still not sensed and i now most likely have to buy a new battery for it as it will only work while plugged in which is a huge downside to having a laptop.
