Application Instructions:
Find the abdominal area with the hernia. Place the truss pad over the hernia and wrap the binder around your body and fasten with Velcro. Push the hernia in and adjust the binder. You might find it helpful to lie on your back when pushing the hernia in and adjusting the binder.

Hand or machine wash with mild soap in cool water. Air dry. Do not put in a dryer. Do not iron.
