Limited Lifetime Warranty Information Kensington Computer Products Group, a division of ACCO Brands Company ("Kensington") warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product as follows: Kensington will supply, at its option, comparable new and rebuilt replacements for defective parts and will pay the labor charges to repair the product found to be defective. Should Kensington be unable to replace or repair the product, Kensington will reimburse you for your original purchase price providing you can submit the dated bill of sale as evidence of the original purchase price along with the defective product. To obtain warranty service during the warranty period you must call the Kensington returns department at 800-535-4242 or 650-572-2700. To keep this warranty in effect, the purchaser must have handled and used the product as prescribed in the instructions accompanying this Warranty. This Warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence. This warranty is valid only if the product is used on the computer or system specified on the product box. Please check product box for details or call technical support. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER. IN NO EVENT SHALL KENSINGTON BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some states/countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Some states/countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and country to country. LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO KENSINGTON'S NOTEBOOK CARRYING CASES SOLD AND MARKETED IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES: INDIA, JAPAN, KOREA, THAILAND, PHILIPPINES, HONG KONG, TAIWAN, SINGAPORE, MALAYSIA, INDONESIA, VIETNAM AND CHINA.
