I was impressed with how much this tastes like regular/2% milk. It's best feature is it does not cause stomach cramps or indigestion, The flavor is not quite as rich as milk when just drinking by the glass, but for cereal or lattes tastes no different. It foams well for home espresso machines. I wish it was not over $3 for a quart. The carton could be sturdier, but the cap that punctures the foil liner when opening is good, Cabinet storage until opened is handy if you don't have room in the fridge.

Let me say this, for those who are lactose intolerant or lactaid, please know, try this product it helps with stomach so much better than the lactaid or lactose milk, its just right for the gut believe me. I just found this product and I will not go back to any other brand
