Nutricost's Serrapeptase Capsules contains 120 vegetarian capsules with 120,000 SPU per capsule. First time Serrapeptase users may want to consider starting on a smaller dosage (such as 40,000 SPU). Each bottle contains 120 servings, so 1 bottle can last up to 4 months if taken according to recommended dosage. This supplement is gluten free, non-GMO, and vegetarian friendly. All Nutricost products are manufactured in GMP complaint, FDA registered facilities and each batch of every product is tested by independent, ISO-accredited laboratories to insure safety and quality. i like this product because it is all natural. it dissolves s ar tissue in tbe body, which helps to reduce pain. I feel like it is starting to work. ive been taking it for about 1 month. it must be taken on an empty stomach with a full glass of water, then wait for an hour before eating. The instructions are not specific enough, it says nothing, but to take with 10 to 12 oz water.
