I bought this as a gift for Xmas for someone who recently went to use it for the first time. Now, either I got two bad batter packs, or I have a bad charger. Needless to say, after charging these batteries for hours, neither could drill a hole in a 1/2 inch piece of wood. Contacting the company to see what they will do. If they do the right thing and send me replacements that work, then I will rewrite this review better. Otherwise, if not, I will come back and advise customers to look elsewhere. If it works, it is a great deal.
