The Gel Elbow/Heel Protector includes a removable, shock-absorbing gel pad that measures 3-1/2 inch x 6-1/4 inch (8.9 x 16cm). Remove gel pad from sleeve before machine washing. Sold in pairs. To size, measure circumference at heel or elbow crease. If measurement falls in between sizes, order the larger size.
