It fits over anything I wear and is so warm I can sit out on my enclosed front porch, (with no heat), and watch my favorite news show every evening while looking out on my lovely, snowy street. The features make it even better. The pocket is large and holds my phone, pad, and occasionally keys. The hood keeps my head warm and the cuffs on the sleeves let me cook dinner without impediment. My cats also love to sit on my lap when I'm wearing it.
