Adventures of Tom Sawyer, The

I do not know how the book is because I ordered it for a Christmas gift and cancelled it later because after telling me it was coming early; they told me it was sent to the wrong location. Then it did come a week late. I started a return online and my money was refunded. I took the package unopened to Walmart and while 4 people from the front stood around talking by self-check 1 person was working the desk. Finally, 2 people came over to help (after another customer went and complained because there was a long line on top of it). The lady that helped me didn't know what to do. She called for help from the CSM (who was one of the people standing around and was now on break). The lady at the desk did what the CSM told her to do, however, she never gave me any receipt showing I returned the book, and I didn't think about it because it was really busy. A few days later Walmart took the money back out of my account. I went back to the store and there were different people working and after the poor guy tried to find out where the book went, he refunded my account again. I talked to the lady who took the book back a few days later. She was fed up because she did what the boss told her, and no one could find the book. She put it in a bin behind the desk. I may get charged again for a book I do not have. IF the CSM would have done her job there would not be a problem. What brainiacs!
