The trampoline arrived before the suggested arrival date. Each box was organized, no parts missing. The set up directions were easy to follow. The trampoline is sturdy and the kids are loving the countless hours of fun. I had to get in touch with the shipping company and they got back to me in a timely manner, were very professional and solved my problem within a week of getting in touch. I'm very impressed with their customer service and the quality of the trampoline!! Would absolutely recommend to others!

Net/shipping/setup

So overall we like the trampoline there are just a few things. Shipping was very very late but the seller had good communication about the situation. Setting up the trampoline definitely takes two people. I would say it's not terribly difficult but moderately difficult. The net has come untied at the top multiple times and we even had a child fall in the net and it comes untied and the child was just hanging there so that wasn't cool and I'm not sure why that keeps happening. But other than that I love the size of it and my 6-year-old is loving it.
