I have had it for 2 winters now and it holds up well with lots of snow. It also protects my car from the walnut trees around the yard. It wasn't difficult to install. It took 3 people about 8 hours to get it done. But that is because it is sturdy and and requires being properly anchored to the ground. Maybe the panels could have went in easier but you're building something that lasts here. It isn't a plastic shed that clicks together. It won't keep all the snow and sun off your car. But it keeps it mostly covered. The sun moves and the wind blows the snow, if you want a garage, buy something else.

Marvelous enhancement to our property

We purchased this carport as a replacement for a carport that had been custom-built for our house before we purchased it and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. We wanted an aesthetically pleasing replacement that enhanced our very unique home. We're experienced DIYers and found the instructions to be accurate and super easy to follow. The parts are solid, substantial and very well manufactured. Everything fit together perfectly. It went together easily in a couple of days (would have been complete in one day if a piece hadn't been missing). We were concerned we wouldn't be able to locate it as close to the house as we wanted, because of the assembly, but it was easy and the space is only about 3"". We've added rope lights for use at night - super easy to install and a great enhancement. We're eager to see how it handles snow this winter in the cold northeast. Uniquely stylish and well designed - we're thrilled to endorse this product!!

Patio Cover

Very good quality. Not to difficult to put together. One part was bent and we are waiting for a replacement part.
