I ordered a size up according to reviews and I should've bought in my normal size. so if you want full support I'd by your regular size. The size i bought are a bit too big and the top wants yo roll down, but still have mild support around my middle. going to keep. I'll know next time.

Very happy with these so far. I'm middle-aged and lost 70 lbs and have a lot of loose skin on my stomach. Although some reviews say these run small, I bought the lower size I matched with on the chart and they are fine. I'm 5'5" about 185 and pants size 14-16 and got the large. They compress everything well and smooth my stomach well but aren't too tight. Waist doesn't roll down. Only thing I can't speak too is longevity since I just got them.
