These are the most comfortable mouth guards I've ever had to use for my TMJ and grinding teeth. I have had 2 made by the dentist and also bought a couple of times those you boil to shape in your mouth. None of these compared to the comfort the plackers mout guards provide. They cost is affordable compared to the ones i previously had. I highly commend this product!
