Not packaged well which resulte in a misshapen hat
The hat arrived all crumpled up in a small, soft bag. Maybe in time it will straighten out, but it was for a gift, and I can't wait for that to happen. The weave on the inside of the brim was never trimmed and there is a line of glue on the outside, lower edge of the crown.
