Open either side of shipping carton and find small box with instructions inside. Read the instructions! . . . Now assemble bicycle carefully, make any adjustments that are needed(Axle Bearings). Wheels spin freely? derailer? Time to ride and never having ridden a 29" before and with the tires inflated to the proper poundage was properly blown away by the package as delivered. The brakes are excellent, as is the seat with the stem and bars making the bike very attractive and rideable.
