Good gravy mix.

It is hard to find pork base, broth, boullion, etc., for some reason. This gravy mix is one of the few options available to you. I like it for gravy, to add a little something to pork stew, and to mix with pan dripping gravy to make a bigger batch. It is more expensive than other beef or chicken mixes, but if you need it, it is worth it.

I always keep 2-3 packs in my pantry. Excellent on pork chops, mashed potatoes, even meatloaf and chicken. Sometimes I mix it with another gravy flavor packet. So easy to make too. I've done it in the microwave using a 2-cup capacity microwaveable bowl with vented lid, stirring after each minute until dissolved, hot, and steamy.
