Served these on a charcuterie platter with Kalamata olives, a block of asiago cheese, sliced pepperoncini peppers, goat cheese and real Italian dry salami. On the side….freshly sliced French sourdough bread and rosemary focaccia bread from the Arizona Bread Company with fig jam and whipped butter on the side. I seasoned these delicious BUTTER BEANS with finely minced garlic, finely chopped basil, a small amount of grated red onion, ground cumin, pink salt and ground pepper. I drained the liquid from the beans first.

this is one of those love or hate things. I've yet to meet someone say they ok. lol. personally i love me some butterbeans. i can heat salt%26pepper. lil spicy seasoning like slap-yo-mama. tellin ya if you like them. its a fire meal
