Excellent!

I've been taking this biotin supplement for about a month now, and I can already see a noticeable difference in my hair and nails. My hair feels stronger and looks shinier, and my nails aren't breaking as easily. It's easy to swallow and doesn't upset my stomach like some other supplements I've tried. Definitely a great addition to my daily routine!
