Worth the money and wait

I recommend this book to anyone that follows BFL, or is considering it. It has alot of useful information in it, alot of encouragement as well. I read the book in less than 2 days. I've been doing BFL for a while now, and this book is a must have. Bill Phillips is wonderful! Even though my book was delayed in transit, and I didn't get it for a week after it was supposed to arrive.....it was worth the wait, definently!
