Drew Barrymore's “Beautiful” line is indeed beautiful, attractive. (get it?!). It is heavy. I'm disappointed it is so large, big in size on my counter. I saw the dimensions online but think it would be taking up so much space. It was a bit pricey for a toaster but she's a celebrity.

Decent toaster but somewhat flawed

I got this toaster to go with the rest of the Drew Barrymore appliances I had ordered. I didn't really need a new toaster but just wanted it to look like a complete set. I don't make toast or bagels all that often but since the price was reasonable I decided to get it. Unfortunately this toaster seems to toast unevenly if you only have one piece of bread. I've used it enough times now to say that it wasn't the slice size or other factors causing it to toast unevenly, the main factor I've continued to come back down to is I can only get a good toast if I have both sides of the toaster in use at the same time. Otherwise the single piece will burn on one side. I've had to basically start putting the heat almost down to nothing, do it one cycle, flip it, and then do another cycle to get it to toast evenly. Beautiful design overall and sleek but wish the toasting was even. And this is just a statement with all of the appliances, I don't like how the power button continues to flash unless you unplug it. So when not in use the power button will just keep flashing
