To inflate the pad

Open the two valves, the pad will inflate itself. Sunlight can make the process faster and better.

Caution：

When the mat is compressed in the bag for a long time, it may inflate slowly. Before the first use，you can roll it back and forth to restore the elasticity of the sponge.Just a few breaths will make it inflate well

To deflate the pad

Open the valves, roll the pad from the bottom, press the rolled part by your legs. When roll to the top part, let the air flow out for a while, then close the valves.

Unfold the pad, roll the pad again to the top part, open the valves, let the air flow out. Then close the valves.

Repeat 2 until you can fold the pad into the carry bag (about 2-3 times)
