Solid build quality
Installation was intuitive even though the guide didn't seem to explain every step explicitly. It didn't come with screws that fit my monitors but I still had some from the previous mount. I'm very pleased with the build quality. Almost went with five stars but I can see how the issues I ran into could ruin the experience for someone less experienced.

These are horrible. No instructions. No help. Too wobble. Hard to maneuver, better instructions and manual would have solved this. Uneven. No way to fix it without losing your mind.
