Can be used as a positioning prop to help activate and integrate muscle groups, or place on the floor and gently roll the body part you want to target over the ball for a soothing massage to aid in the release of deep structural tension, while helping to reduce inflammation and hydrate connective tissue. Perfect for home, studio or therapeutic use. GET THE MOST FROM THIS PRODUCT: Lauren Roxburgh recommends that keeping the ball softer can be very effective. Inflating it to 70% is about perfect.
