Could tell a difference after the first 8 days victim with water as the instructions said my joints felt relief for the first time in a long time also I forgot to take them for a week after leaving them at a friend's house and I could really tell that I didn't have them they helped me

This product was suggested as a substitute for Tri Flex. The consultant gave a knowledgeable comparison of the 2 products and was helpful with my options. I would recommend this product

I like it but not as well as the other kind I got from gnc. They no longer care it and the name has escaped me. I would recommend this product for achy joints.
